About Us

Bailin Jewelers was founded by Jerry Bailin in 1976 with a simple philosophy: provide clients with the personal attention of a private jeweler while giving them direct access to New York’s premier diamond center.
For decades, Jerry built Bailin Jewelers through trusted relationships, personal service, and an unwavering commitment to quality in fine diamonds, gold and platinum jewelry.

Continuing Jerry’s Legacy

Jerry Bailin passed away in 2021, but the relationships and values he built remain.
Long before his passing, Jerry made arrangements for the continuation of Bailin Jewelers and entrusted that responsibility to his longtime friend and fellow jeweler, Gary of Gary Jewelers.
Jerry and Gary shared more than four decades of friendship and professional experience in the jewelry industry. Gary began his career working on 47th Street in New York more than 50 years ago, and Jerry knew firsthand the importance Gary placed on the same principles that had guided Bailin Jewelers: trust, value, personal service and integrity.

In Jerry’s own words:

Today, Gary Jewelers is honored to continue the Bailin Jewelers legacy, preserving the history, relationships and personal approach that Jerry built over a lifetime.
